Its done by the wonderful J. Peffer, also known as NeonDragon. She's a wonderful artist, and her dragons are to die for X.x;; I just wish I could be that good. This particular background suits me so well. A dragon for one, god knows I lurv Dragons  ;For two, its a splash of blue (fav. color) on a black background. Don't ask me why, but I love stuff like that. Lots of neutral black with a bright spot of color. |
