Also! As a warning, though I doubt I really need to give it (common sense right? right...) FA allows adult rated material, and being an adult, I do draw it. If you have your FA account set to allow that, you many find some odd things in my gallery. Not that I really care who sees what now, I just thought I'd put that out there for people who dislike that sorta stuff.

Figure, I'm 23 years old now, an artist, and I love furries. Why shouldn't I draw porn for my own amusement, hmm? xD

So, I had someone comment that they'd like to commition me for some work, but they were waiting for a slot to open up...

Well, first off, I don't really have slots. I'm really pretty much open at all times, unless I specifically state I'm not taking commitions. A warning though, I'm highly unreliable, and rather slow. I will always finish a commition I'm making money from, but I can't say for sure how long its going to take. I'm fickle like that, and sometimes I just don't feel like working on a particular piece, while other times, its done in the same day because I was inspired and eager to work on it. Just fair warning.

If you are looking to offer me paid work, here is a rough breakdown of my prices. I'm always willing to haggle, since I don't know how to price my work. and tips are very, very greatly appreciated.

~ sketches: $5

~ lineart (or black & white): $10

~ colored (marker or digital: $20

~ More than 2 characters: add $5 for each character

~ Simple background (like a fill color or a very simple design): no charge

~ complicated background (anything that requires me to draw and/or color in a scene): add $5-10, depending on how complex it is.

~ Furcadia Portrait (remapable): $20
** expect me to be very slow on these. Pixel work is still new to me, and I have to put a lot of effort into getting it just right. If you want non-remapable, we can talk about lowering the price, even more so if you just want a little digital image to use. (ie: not pixel work)

I'm willing to draw a wide variety of things, but keep in mind that if I havn't done it before, I'll need really good reference images of what you want. It may also not be up to my usual level of work, because I'm not used to it. Things like males and inorganic items or structures are weak points for me.

I got tired of looking at the old journal entries, so I finally figured out how to delete them. Yay me!

Figured I might as well re-write about myself, for those who wish to know about this girl called Blue. Or Dragonz, depending on when and where you met me.

I'm a 20 yr old college student from Minnesota. I live with my mom, currently, because not paying rent and having a steady supply of free food is a hell of a lot cheaper than paying $400+ for room and board somewhere else. Another year at Normandale Comunity College in Bloomington, and I'll be ready to move on to a more art-based college, and/or move out. I'll going to NCC (and paying nearly $5,000 a year) to get my Associate of Liberal Arts degree, with an emphasis in Art. After that... Maybe I'll go the International Institute of Art up in the Twin Cities, who knows.

As for likes, I like art, fantasy, Anime, novels.... Chocolate. Mmmmm *drool*

I'm also into Furry, that little internet subculture that's both loved and despised. Thus why you see so many anthropomorphic creatures in my art. My 'fursona' is Bluefire, also known as Dragonz or just Blue. She's half dragon, half Elf/human (whichever suits my mood at the moment, as I keep changing my mind). Blue is everything I am, as well as everything I wish I could be. Blue has a whole story to her, so I won't go into that now.

I'll readily admit that I'm addicted to the internet. Two things in particular have caught my interest. First is Gaiaonline.com. I love the site, and all the people I talk to there. I have a lot of friends. The Second is Furcadia, an online roleplaying game. You'll see art from both places here, or in my FA account.

As some of you know, my parents divorced my senior year of highschool, about two years ago now. Its been hard on my family, and I don't really think we've really gotten over it yet. My parents can barely speak to each other now, and its had profound affects on my two younger sisters. Rachel, the middle one, has grown selfish and self-centered. A middle child complex rolled in with a 'everything is about me' attitude. I don't have a good relationship with her, especially now that she's started drinking, smoking, and has even be caught stealing. As for my youngest sister, Melissa, the six years that seperate us seem to be a good thing. In her I really have that older/younger sister relationship. I love the girl to death. She shares nearly all my interests, save my love of animals. She's not great with animals, and birds in particular freak her out. The divorce seems to have made her overly protective of our dad, and she gets highly defensive when anyone says anything against him.

At the moment, we share our home and our love with two rat terriors, two cockatiels, and a hamster. My dog, Buck, is such a baby, and he's my baby to top it off. A more clingy creature I have never seen. He has to be in any room I'm in, or he'll sit by the door and whine. He also gets horribly jealous when I play with other animals, even one of our birds. But then, when you're the one who feeds him, and he sleeps on your bed at night... I guess its expected.

Well, now that I'll rather rambled on, I think I'll stop here. ^_^ Hopefully I've helped you understand me a little more, and the reasons behind some of the art I do. Enjoy!
